Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and design SAP TM solutions to support transportation and logistics operations.
Configure and support SAP TM processes including transportation planning, freight order management, freight settlement, and carrier collaboration.
Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize transportation networks and logistics processes.
Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SD, MM, LE, and SAP S/4HANA.
Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects.
Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training.
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
Monitor transportation execution processes and drive continuous process improvements.
Prepare solution documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
Required Skills
5-7 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain and Logistics solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
Expertise in transportation planning, freight unit building, freight orders, freight settlement, and charge management.
Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP ERP, and SAP S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of logistics execution and transportation business processes.
Experience in functional configuration, testing, and support activities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM.
Exposure to global transportation operations and freight management processes.
SAP TM Certification is an added advantage.
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain industries.
