About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Build custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards based on business requirements.
Configure and maintain Workday security roles and business processes.
Troubleshoot integration and data issues while ensuring system performance.
Collaborate with functional teams to deliver end-to-end Workday solutions.
Support implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
Qualifications
4-7 years of IT experience with strong Workday technical expertise.
Hands-on experience in Workday Integrations, Studio, EIB, and Report Writing.
Good knowledge of XML, XSLT, web services, and data transformation.
Experience with Workday HCM modules and security framework.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
