About The Role:
We are looking for a Technical Content Creator who can create engaging and informative technical content for YouTube videos, online courses, and other learning materials. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technical topics into clear, audience-friendly content and support the full content creation process, including topic research, keyword analysis, content strategy, and script preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality technical content for YouTube videos, training modules, and online courses
• Research technical topics and convert them into structured, easy-to-understand content
• Develop video scripts, course outlines, presentations, and supporting materials
• Plan and execute content strategies aligned with audience needs and business goals
• Conduct keyword research and identify trending topics for better content reach and visibility
• Analyze competitor content and industry trends to improve performance and engagement
• Work closely with subject matter experts, video editors, designers, and marketing teams
• Ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content
• Optimize content for SEO, YouTube search, and audience engagement
• Suggest new content ideas based on research, analytics, and market demand
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in technical content creation, preferably for YouTube, e-learning, or training platforms
• Strong understanding of technical subjects such as software, programming, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, or related fields
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and structured scripts for video and course content
• Experience with keyword research tools, SEO principles, and content planning
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts for different audience levels
• Familiarity with YouTube content formats, audience retention strategies, and educational storytelling • Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience creating content for technical education brands, edtech platforms, or developer communities
• Basic understanding of video production workflows
• Familiarity with tools like Google Trends, Ahrefs, SEMrush, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Notion, or similar
• Knowledge of instructional design or online course structuring
• On-camera presence or experience hosting technical videos is a plus
