Job Description – Customer Sales Representative (International Sales)
Position: Customer Sales Representative (International Sales)
Location: Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: US Shift
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
CTC: ₹4 – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives for our International (US) Sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to engage with international customers while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle sales interactions with international (US) customers through voice support.
Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch products/services.
Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 8 months of International Sales experience in an International BPO is preferred.
Freshers with exceptional English communication skills may also be considered.
HSC Pass or Graduate (Graduation is not mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Comfortable working in permanent US Night Shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
