Position: Customer Support Associate – Taxation Process
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Week Offs: Rotational Offs
Salary: Up to ₹33,000 CTC per month
Approx. In-Hand: ₹29,000 per month
Cab Facility: Both-Side Cab Available
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to taxation and account-related processes.
Provide accurate and professional support through calls/chat/email, as applicable.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain proper documentation and update customer information in the system.
Follow process guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure a positive customer experience while meeting process and productivity targets.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in any of the following:
BPO / Customer Support
Banking Support
Taxation Support
Financial Services / BFSI
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of banking, taxation, or financial processes will be an advantage.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Candidates should be comfortable working from office.
💰 Salary & Benefits:
CTC: Up to ₹33,000/month
Approx. In-Hand: ₹29,000/month
