Role Description The US Payroll Executive will manage end-to-end payroll processing for US-based employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and validating payroll data, calculating wages, deductions, and benefits, and preparing payroll reports for finance and management. The role will involve resolving payroll-related queries, coordinating with HR and finance teams, and maintaining up-to-date employee records and documentation. The US Payroll Executive will also support audits, assist with tax filings and statutory reporting, and contribute to process improvements within the payroll function. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing skills, including hands-on experience with US payroll systems and tools.
Candidates should possess solid Payroll Management and Finance skills, with the ability to interpret payroll regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and respond to employee payroll inquiries clearly and professionally.
Relevant experience in US payroll, labor laws, and tax regulations is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with payroll software, spreadsheets, and HRIS systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly are required.
A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
