Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring small business and consumer lending customers, generating leads through field visits, local market networking, and partner channels. The role includes explaining SBFC’s loan products, assessing customer needs, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing. The Sales Executive will manage a sales pipeline, achieve monthly and quarterly business targets, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat and referral business. The role also involves regular reporting, adherence to compliance and underwriting guidelines, and active participation in local marketing or promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail lending or financial services sales, preferably in small business or consumer loans.
Strong skills in lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management within local markets.
Ability to explain financial products clearly, collect and verify documentation, and coordinate with internal teams.
Comfort with using technology tools and CRM or sales tracking systems; basic MS Office proficiency.
Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer segments.
Target-driven mindset, willingness to work in the field, and readiness to travel within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of lending processes, underwriting basics, and regulatory or compliance norms is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant sales or finance certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or other financial institutions in a sales or business development role is beneficial.
