Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager based in Yamunanagar. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee branch sales operations, drive customer acquisition, and manage a portfolio of retail and small business lending products. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the branch sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role involves coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, and preparing regular performance reports. The Branch Sales Manager will also be expected to develop local market strategies, build relationships with channel partners, and support initiatives that enhance branch profitability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in branch sales management, team leadership, and performance monitoring.
Experience in retail lending, SME financing, or consumer finance, with strong understanding of credit and underwriting practices.
Ability to drive customer acquisition through local market development, relationship building, and channel partnership management.
Proficiency in basic financial analysis, target setting, and reporting to track branch performance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to manage diverse customer and stakeholder interactions.
Familiarity with technology-enabled lending platforms and willingness to adopt digital tools in daily operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in banking or NBFC branch roles and knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services is highly beneficial.
