Scouto is a fast-growing tech-enabled hiring platform transforming how companies in India discover, assess, and onboard top-tier talent across engineering, product, and data roles. We blend smart matching algorithms with human-centric design to deliver seamless, high-conversion hiring experiences for startups and enterprises alike. As we scale our product suite, we’re seeking a sharp, user-obsessed Designer to shape intuitive, scalable interfaces that empower recruiters and candidates.
Role & Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user flows for Scouto’s web and mobile platforms—from onboarding to candidate matching to offer management.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate feature specs into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs that balance aesthetics with usability.
Run user research sessions, synthesize feedback, and iterate rapidly using Figma prototypes to validate design decisions.
Build and maintain a scalable design system—components, tokens, and guidelines—to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring our interfaces are usable by candidates and recruiters from diverse backgrounds.
Present design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and champion user-centric decision-making across product development.
