Graphic Designer

About The Role
We're building out a growing video production team behind a fast-scaling coaching
and education content brand, and we're looking for a Graphic Designer to define the
visual identity for each coach we work with. You'll create distinct color palettes,
typography systems, and style guides that give every coach a unique visual flavor,
which our editors then bring to life in motion. This is a foundational,
creative-direction-adjacent role, your work sets the visual language for everything
that follows in post-production.
What You'll Do
Develop a distinct visual identity, color palette, typography, and style guide, for each
coach we onboard, reflecting their personality and subject matter. Create supporting
design assets, templates, icon sets, graphic motifs, and typography treatments that
editors can use in motion graphics and infographics. Design social media marketing
assets, posts, thumbnails, story graphics, for each coach, consistent with their visual
identity. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to understand each coach's
essence before designing their visual system. Maintain consistency of each coach's
visual identity across all their content over time. Hand off clean, organized design
assets and clear style guides to the senior editor for use in motion design.
What We’re Looking For
Strong foundation in graphic design, typography, and color theory. A portfolio
showing range, distinct visual identities or brand systems for different clients or
projects, ideally including social media marketing design. Comfort designing for
motion and video, not just static graphics, understanding how design translates into
animation. Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Ability to
take a brief on a person's personality and translate it into a visual system. Strong
communication and collaboration skills, you'll be working closely with editors and the
creative director.
