Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role located in Bengaluru, supporting patients in Pune and Hyderabad through Bridge Health’s integrated care model. The Physiotherapist will assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, planning and supervising therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and updating clinical documentation in line with organizational standards. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, care coordinators, and digital health teams to ensure continuity of care, patient education, and adherence to preventive health protocols. The Physiotherapist will also participate in health camps, community outreach, and internal quality initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Current registration or licensure with the appropriate professional council or regulatory body, as applicable.
Clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy, including patient assessment and treatment planning.
Experience with evidence-based rehabilitation techniques, exercise prescription, and preventive care programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide empathetic care.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, use digital health tools or electronic medical records, and follow standard protocols.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site clinical environment, with flexibility to support patients from multiple locations.
Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or community health settings is preferred; exposure to preventive or chronic care management is an advantage.
