Role Description This part-time, on-site Pediatrician role is based at Bridge Health’s facilities in Bengaluru. The Pediatrician will provide primary and specialty pediatric care, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, management of acute and chronic conditions, and developmental assessments. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with other physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. The Pediatrician will also participate in parental counseling on preventive health, nutrition, growth milestones, and early detection of developmental or behavioral concerns. In addition, the role involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols, and contributing to Bridge Health’s preventive care initiatives for children and neonates.
Qualifications
Clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care relevant to pediatric populations.
Strong pediatric skills, including Pediatrics and Neonatology, with experience in outpatient and preventive care.
Ability to work collaboratively with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics; valid medical license to practice.
Demonstrated commitment to preventive care, family-centered communication, and evidence-based practice.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication with children, caregivers, and colleagues.
Prior experience in community health, integrated care models, or digital health platforms is an advantage.
