Growth Intern (Community manager)

We're looking for passionate students who want to create real impact on their campuses by building communities, spreading awareness, and helping people access peer support.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage a safe and supportive "PANHA community" in your college.
- Connect students with PANHA's peer-support ecosystem.
- Promote PANHA through classroom outreach, student societies, clubs, and WhatsApp communities.
- Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns with student creators and campus influencers.
- Develop creative growth strategies, including guerrilla marketing and offline activations.
- Drive registrations for PANHA's website, app, events, and initiatives.
- Host anonymous discussions and peer-support circles every weekend.
- Organize workshops, awareness campaigns, collaborations, and campus events.
- Gather community feedback and contribute ideas to improve engagement and outreach.
You'll Fit If...
- You're a student with strong communication and networking skills.
- You enjoy organizing events and bringing people together.
- You're active on social media and understand digital trends.
- You're creative and willing to take initiative.
- You're passionate about mental health awareness and creating positive change.
Big Plus
- Experience in event management, student leadership, or campus ambassador programs.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social platforms.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing or community building.
- Leadership experience in clubs, societies, or student organizations.
