About the Role
PANHA is looking for a proactive and ambitious Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the founding team.
This opportunity is designed for college students, freshers and young professionals who want practical experience in Sales, Business Development, Startup Strategy, Marketing, Growth, Research and Operations.
You don't need years of experience. We are looking for students who are curious, communicative, proactive, consistent and willing to take ownership.
🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Founder’s Office & Strategy
Support the founder with research, projects, planning and execution.
2. Sales & Lead Generation
Identify leads, conduct outreach and support the sales pipeline.
3. Business Development
Research and approach potential partners, institutions and businesses.
4. College & Campus Outreach
Connect with Delhi-NCR colleges, students, societies and communities.
5. Market Research
Research competitors, markets, customers, and growth opportunities.
6. Marketing & Social Media
Create a Content, campaigns, content ideas and digital growth initiatives.
7. Creator Outreach
Identify and connect with creators, influencers and content talent.
8. Community Building
Build relationships with students, creators, volunteers and communities.
9. Partnerships
Identify partnership opportunities and support communication and follow-ups.
10. Team Coordination
Coordinate with interns, volunteers and team members and track assigned tasks.
11. Recruitment
Assist with sourcing, Hiring, outreach, and onboarding of interns and volunteers.
15. Startup Operations
Identify problems, suggest solutions and support startup execution.
👤 Who Should Apply?
This role is ideal for college students and freshers who:
Are currently studying in a college/university, preferably in Delhi-NCR.
Are interested in startups, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, growth or business.
Enjoy networking and talking to new people.
Have good communication and problem-solving skills.
Are proactive and comfortable taking responsibility.
Want practical startup experience rather than only a certificate.
Prior professional experience is not mandatory. We value communication, ownership, consistency, learning ability and execution.
