About the Role
PANHA is looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR & Marketing Growth Associate to join our early-stage startup team.
This opportunity is specially designed for college students, freshers and young professionals who want practical experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Social Media Marketing, Creator Management, Community Building and Startup Growth.
You don't need years of experience. We are looking for students who are proactive, communicative, curious, consistent and willing to take ownership.
🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Find and recruit interns, volunteers, creators and marketing talent.
Source candidates through colleges, LinkedIn, Instagram, communities and social networks.
2. College & Campus Outreach
Connect with students from Delhi-NCR colleges and universities.
Build relationships with college communities, student groups and campus networks.
3. Creator Recruitment
Identify emerging creators, actors, content creators and social-media talent.
Build a network of creators for Instagram, YouTube, Reels and short-form content.
4. Candidate Screening
Conduct initial conversations with candidates.
Evaluate communication, skills, attitude, availability, commitment and role fit.
5. Social Media & Marketing Growth
Help identify opportunities for Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter and other social platforms.
Contribute ideas for social media campaigns, content and community growth.
6. Community Building
Build and manage a network of students, creators, volunteers and marketing professionals.
Maintain strong communication and engagement with the community.
7. Team Building & Leadership
Help build high-performing student and marketing teams.
Identify high-potential members and gradually give them greater ownership and leadership responsibilities.
8. Performance Tracking
Set clear weekly goals and actionable tasks for team members.
Track performance, follow up on tasks and participate in weekly reviews.
9. Recruitment Systems
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes.
Help create simple SOPs, hiring workflows and team-management systems using tools.
10. Team Engagement & Retention
Understand team challenges and help solve problems.
Recognize good performance, create growth opportunities and maintain an accountable, motivated team.

Are currently studying in a college/university in Delhi-NCR.
