Job Summary
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Social Media to lead our social media function. You'll oversee all client accounts, guide and support the social media manager, and ensure consistent quality, from day-to-day posting to long-term strategy. If you're someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive social media strategies across all client accounts and Spotlight's own brand.
Maintain full visibility over all accounts, tracking content pipelines, posting schedules, and performance.
Guide, mentor, and support Social Media Managers in execution, planning, and strategy.
Review and approve content, captions, and strategies before publishing or client submission.
Collaborate with design, video, and client servicing teams for seamless content delivery.
Monitor analytics across accounts and translate data into actionable improvements.
Stay on top of trends and platform updates, and share learnings with the team.
Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across every client channel.
What We're Looking For
Strong command of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for B2B content
Proven ability to lead and upskill a social media team
Sharp strategic thinking with an eye for detail
Ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
