We are looking for an AI-first Project Manager who understands social media end to end and knows how to use AI to make work smarter, faster and more efficient.
You should have a strong working knowledge of content, copy, design, video, social media platforms and analytics, along with hands-on experience using AI for research, creation, automation and project management.
What you’ll do
• Manage social media projects, timelines, teams and deliverables
• Coordinate content, design, video and client requirements
• Create briefs, calendars and workflows
• Review content and creatives before delivery
• Use AI for research, ideation, writing, images, video and data analysis
• Build prompts, agents, automations and repeatable AI workflows
• Analyse social media performance and extract actionable insights
• Identify ways to make agency processes faster and more scalable
You should know
LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, content strategy, copywriting, visual communication, video workflows, analytics and personal branding.
You should also be comfortable with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, image/video AI tools, Zapier, Make, n8n or similar platforms.
We are looking for someone who is organised, curious, tech-savvy, proactive and excellent at figuring things out.
