🚨 WE’RE HIRING | HOSPITALITY PROJECT PROFESSIONAL 🏨🌴
Lead the journey from Resort Development to Grand Opening!
We are developing a new resort project in Odisha and are looking for an experienced Hospitality Project Professional to lead the owner-side execution from development and design coordination through pre-opening and launch.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the master project plan through resort opening
• Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, contractors, vendors, ownership and operators
• Translate hospitality operational requirements into practical design and project inputs
• Review guest areas, BOH, kitchens, housekeeping, stores, staff areas, MEP and circulation
• Track scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies and site progress
• Coordinate FF&E, OS&E, technology and opening-related procurement
• Support licences, approvals and pre-opening compliance
• Develop staffing plans, SOP roadmap, training plans and opening-readiness checklists
• Support guest experience, facilities, positioning, launch preparation and soft opening
• Spend substantial time at the project site and provide structured progress reports
👤 What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience delivering at least one new hotel or resort project through substantial development/pre-opening and opening
✅ Experience with a recognised hospitality brand is preferred
✅ Strong understanding of resort operations, design, MEP, procurement and pre-opening
✅ Excellent project planning, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple consultants, contractors, vendors and stakeholders
✅ 3+ years of relevant hospitality/project experience preferred
✅ Willingness to work extensively at the project site
⭐ Good to Have
Experience with branded hotel/resort development, technical services, project or pre-opening teams, particularly in boutique, leisure, nature or destination resorts.
Hotel Management | Architecture | Engineering | Project Management backgrounds are welcome.
