Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in New Delhi. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and tracking expense reports, maintaining documentation and records, and organizing internal and external communication on behalf of senior leadership. The role will also involve handling confidential information, drafting correspondence, supporting preparation for meetings and presentations, and liaising with internal teams and external partners. The Executive Assistant is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, ensure smooth office operations, and proactively anticipate the needs of the executives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, record keeping, and general office coordination.
Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports and basic financial tracking to support budgeting and reimbursement processes.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar applications, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
Professional conduct, discretion in handling confidential information, and a service-oriented mindset.
Prior experience supporting senior leadership or working in a retail, fashion, or customer-centric organization is an advantage.
Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field, is preferred.
