Job Title: Fashion Consultant /Fashion Stylist
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and trend-savvy Fashion Consultant to deliver exceptional styling experiences and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting outfits, provide personalized fashion recommendations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and perfect garment finishing. The role requires strong fashion knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for styling, fabrics, colors, and current market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Styling & Consultation
 Assist walk-in customers with outfit selection and professional styling advice.
 Recommend complete fashion looks, including apparel, accessories, footwear, and complementary styling elements.
 Understand customer preferences, body types, personal style, and occasion-specific requirements to provide tailored recommendations.
 Deliver personalized styling solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and confidence.
 Guide customers on fabric choices, color combinations, patterns, fits, and fashion trends.
Client Relationship Management
 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
 Develop a loyal client base by understanding individual customer needs and preferences.
 Ensure a premium customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Business Development
 Support the achievement of showroom sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
 Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
 Promote new collections, seasonal trends, and exclusive offerings to customers.
Visual Merchandising & Showroom Management
 Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and inspiring shopping environment.
 Ensure showroom displays are organized, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
 Regularly update product displays to reflect current trends, promotions, and seasonal collections.
 Maintain overall showroom cleanliness, presentation, and customer readiness.
Inventory & Product Management
 Manage inventory levels and monitor stock availability.
 Track fast-moving designs, bestselling products, and customer preferences.
 Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adequate stock replenishment and product availability.
Fashion Trend Analysis
 Stay updated on current fashion trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
 Identify emerging styles, fabrics, colors, and patterns relevant to the target customer base.
 Provide insights and recommendations to support product selection and merchandising strategies.
Fabric Selection & Production Coordination
 Select and recommend fabrics, colors, textures, and patterns that align with current fashion trends and customer expectations.
 Coordinate closely with tailors, designers, and production teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.
 Monitor order progress and ensure commitments are met within agreed timelines.
Fittings & Alteration Management
 Oversee customer fittings and alteration processes.
 Ensure garments achieve the desired fit, comfort, and appearance.
 Coordinate with tailoring teams to maintain high-quality finishing standards and customer satisfaction.
 Conduct final quality checks before delivery to ensure perfection in fit and finishing.
Required Skills & Competencies
 Strong understanding of fashion styling, garment construction, fabrics, colors, and trends.
 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
 Ability to understand diverse customer preferences and body types.
