Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment efforts and strengthen client relationships. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional engineering and technical talent while building lasting partnerships with our clients. The successful candidate will combine strong sourcing capabilities with relationship-building acumen, contributing meaningfully to RVN's business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Recruitment & Sourcing
● Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for engineering, technical, and specialized staffing roles
● Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, databases, and networks
● Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with current and anticipated client needs
● Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate onboarding
Client Relationship & Placement Support
● Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their current staffing needs and identifying future opportunities for talent solutions
● Manage candidate placements with clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and strong job fit
● Foster long-term client relationships through regular communication, feedback gathering, and proactive staffing solutions
● Support business development efforts by identifying staffing expansion opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts
Administrative & Operational Support
● Manage invoicing workflows and candidate billing support in coordination with the finance team
● Handle HR-related activities including candidate documentation, compliance, and onboarding coordination
● Provide administrative support to the recruitment and operations teams as needed
Required Qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in technical or engineering recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
● Demonstrated success in placing candidates in engineering, energy, infrastructure, or industrial roles
● Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines, technical roles, and industry terminology
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships
● Proficiency with recruitment tools, AI tools, and MS Office applications
● Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with international recruitment or offshore staffing models
● Familiarity with energy sector, engineering consulting, or project-based staffing
● Exposure to business development, account management, or client-facing roles
● Experience with multiple recruitment platforms and databases (SalesNavigator)
