Role Description The Video Editor & Cinematography role at WinxMedia.in is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content for a variety of digital campaigns, including social media, advertisements, and brand films. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and assembling footage into compelling, high-quality videos. The Video Editor & Cinematography professional will also be expected to optimize videos for different platforms, maintain brand consistency, and meet project timelines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After effects , Davinci resole or Ai tools .
Hands-on experience in cinematography, including camera operation, framing, lighting, and sound recording. Must have their own equipments and gadgets.
Ability to develop visual concepts, storyboards, and shot lists in collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
Understanding of digital content formats and best practices for social media, short-form video, and online advertising.
Responsibilits include editing reel, promotinal videos, brand campaigns .
Attention to detail, including color correction, sound syncing, and ensuring smooth, engaging visual narratives.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative creative processes.
Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field; prior agency or production experience is an advantage.
