Role Description
Strong copywriting & scriptwriting skills for reels, social media posts, campaigns, and websites
Researches and develops content ideas based on the brand, audience, industry, and current trends
Plans and executes content calendars, including content pillars, themes, formats, and posting schedules
Develops content strategies that align with the brand’s goals and social media objectives
Writes engaging scripts and copy for reels, posts, stories, and other digital content
Can plan and schedule content using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools
Understands Instagram trends, formats, and audience behaviour and knows how to adapt them strategically
Comfortable visiting shoot locations and assisting with on-ground content planning and execution
Able to take ownership of content from research and ideation to scripting, execution, and scheduling

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate in a team environment.
Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and experimentation.
