About Us:
The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to our core men’s and women’s apparel categories, we have expanded into new categories and introduced new product lines within existing ones, including activewear, personal care products such as perfumes, footwear, and backpacks. Although we are primarily an online brand, we have also expanded into offline retail and currently operate 80+ stores, with further pan-India expansion underway.

Responsibilities :
● Manage complete store operations and performance across assigned locations
● Drive revenue, P&L ownership, and quarterly business targets for the cluster
● Ensure strong execution of SOPs, operational KRAs, and retail compliance standards
● Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews, including mystery audit readiness
● Monitor and improve store KPIs, inventory health, and shrinkage control
● Drive consistent and high-quality customer experience standards across stores
● Plan and execute store visits across high-performing and under-performing stores to drive improvement
● Support new store openings, store stabilization, and business expansion initiatives
● Partner closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive operational improvements
Qualifications :
● 6+ years of experience in Retail Operations / Area / Cluster / Regional roles
● Proven experience managing multi-store P&L and revenue delivery
● Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store audits, and operational performance metrics
● Experience handling high-revenue retail stores or large store clusters preferred
● Background in Fashion industry preferred
● Strong stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills
● High ownership mindset and willingness to travel extensively
