The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casualwear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros; WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we have also expanded to new categories and introduced new product lines like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes etc. We have also launched footwear and kidswear recently. Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 80+ stores pan India. Position Overview:
We are looking for a fast, accurate and organized Cataloger to create and upload product listings across marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and AJIO.
The primary responsibility of this role is to turn new product information into complete, correctly formatted marketplace listings that go live on schedule. The Cataloger will work closely with the design, photoshoot, merchandising, and marketplace teams. The goal is for every product to launch with the right data, images, sizing, and variations from the first upload. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling high volumes of SKUs, works confidently with Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace bulk-upload templates, and takes pride in getting details right the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Creation & Bulk Uploads
Create new product listings across all marketplaces according to the launch calendar.
Prepare and fill marketplace-specific bulk upload templates / flat files accurately.
Upload listings through seller portals and track them until they are live.
Maintain the internal master catalog sheet with SKU codes, listing IDs, and status for each marketplace.
Product Data & Attributes
Collect product information from design, merchandising, and sourcing teams: fabric, fit, colour, print, and category details.
Fill all mandatory and optional attributes correctly for each marketplace's category structure.
Map products to the correct categories, sub-categories, and browse nodes.
Ensure HSN codes, MRP, and other compliance fields are entered correctly.
Titles, Descriptions & Keywords
Write product titles in each marketplace's required format.
Write clear, engaging product descriptions and bullet points.
Add relevant search keywords and tags so products are discoverable from launch.
Images & Videos
Receive, rename, and organize product images and videos from the photoshoot team.
Upload images in the correct sequence and to each marketplace's specifications, including dimensions, background, and file format.
Upload product videos wherever marketplaces support them.
Flag missing or non-compliant images to the relevant teams before upload.
Variations & Size Charts
Set up parent-child relationships, colour variants, and size variations correctly at the time of listing.
Attach the correct size charts and measurement details for every applicable product.
Ensure fit information (oversized, regular, relaxed, etc.) is captured accurately.
Rejections & Corrections
Monitor upload errors and marketplace rejections, then fix and re-upload listings quickly.
Update existing listings when product details, images, or prices change.
Work with the Catalog QC team to close out flagged issues.
