Role Description
In this full-time remote Data Analyst role, you will transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. You will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, build reports and dashboards, and perform exploratory and descriptive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business questions, translate them into analytical tasks, and present findings clearly and in a structured manner. Day-to-day activities will include developing datasets and models for analytics, supporting predictive and self-service analytics use cases, and documenting methodologies, assumptions, and data definitions. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve data quality, optimize data workflows, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Lumenore’s analytics offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and familiarity with Data Modeling concepts.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and at least one BI/analytics platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Candidates should possess experience working with large, complex data sets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Candidates should possess knowledge of cloud data environments and scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) as a beneficial qualification.
