Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements for analytics solutions and product features. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories. The role involves collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and user expectations, as well as helping define KPIs and reporting needs. The Business Analyst will also support testing, validate outcomes against requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and analytics adoption.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
Candidates should possess core Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly.
Candidates should possess experience in Business Process understanding, mapping, and optimization.
Candidates should possess skills in defining and managing Business Requirements for technology and analytics solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with BI/analytics platforms, dashboards, or reporting tools is beneficial.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
