Role Description The Warehouse Manager at Leap Platform is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations that support the company’s security software distribution and logistics processes. This role includes coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory accuracy, and maintaining digital records of stock levels and order fulfillment. The Warehouse Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely order processing, resolve logistics issues, and optimize workflow efficiency. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, updating standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines. Regular communication with stakeholders, proactive problem solving, and continuous process improvement are core aspects of this position.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management and Inventory Management skills to oversee warehouse workflows, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
Solid Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, identify process issues, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers in a clear, professional manner.
Experience using warehouse management systems or similar software tools, with good digital literacy.
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain best practices, and basic safety and compliance standards.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in warehouse, operations, or logistics management is preferred.
Relevant education or training in operations, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial.
