Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst Intern role based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the analysis of business processes, gather and document business requirements, and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research and data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and helping translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. The intern will also participate in meetings with stakeholders, contribute to solution recommendations, and assist in testing and validating proposed changes to ensure they meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to document needs, define use cases, and support solution design.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to understand, map, and improve existing workflows and operations.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings clearly, and write structured documentation.
Relevant coursework or internship experience in business, information technology, or related fields is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Excel, presentation tools, and basic understanding of software development life cycle is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively, learn quickly, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
