​🤖 Robotics/Drone & Artificial Intelligence Engineering
​🔹 Key Responsibilities:
​Academic Leadership: Oversee curriculum delivery, monitor teaching-learning processes, and implement outcome-based education (OBE) frameworks.
​Research & Innovation: Encourage faculty and student participation in R&D, patent filing, hackathons, and incubation activities.
​Industry Collaboration: Bridge the academia-industry gap by establishing MoUs, organizing industrial visits, and bringing in industry experts for guest lectures and curriculum advisory.
​Accreditation & Compliance: Drive the department's preparations and compliance for accreditations such as NBA and NAAC, while maintaining AICTE and university norms.
​Faculty Mentoring: Evaluate faculty performance, guide them in their professional development, and build a cohesive, high-performing academic team.
​🔹 What We're Looking For:
​Ph.D. in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university is mandatory.
​1–10+ years of progressive experience in teaching, research, and/or industry, with proven administrative experience at the departmental level.
​A strong portfolio of research publications in indexed journals (SCI/Scopus), patents, and funded projects.
​In-depth understanding of AICTE, UGC, and affiliating university regulations.
​Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
A drone- and robotics-related degree/certificate/experience is a must.
