Role Description The Virtual Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini, focused on managing and nurturing relationships with candidates and client organizations. In this position, the individual will engage with job seekers via calls, messages, and virtual meetings to understand their career goals, share suitable opportunities, and guide them through the recruitment and placement process. The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients to understand hiring needs, updating them on candidate progress, and ensuring timely resolution of queries or concerns. Daily tasks include documenting interactions, updating CRM or internal systems, coordinating interview schedules, collecting feedback, and supporting both candidates and clients through each stage of the talent lifecycle. The Virtual Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with internal recruitment and training teams to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills to interact effectively with job seekers and clients.
Candidates should possess customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills to handle queries, address concerns, and support smooth hiring processes.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, CRM or database handling skills, and comfort with virtual communication tools (video conferencing, chat platforms, email).
Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and documentation skills to manage multiple candidate and client interactions efficiently.
Relevant experience in recruitment, HR operations, client servicing, or counseling is beneficial; familiarity with banking, insurance, or technology sectors is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; strong English and local language proficiency, along with the ability to work on-site in Rohini, is required.
