Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting AbsoJob’s services to potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The representative will conduct sales presentations, follow up on leads, negotiate agreements, and support marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and client engagement. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams, gathering market insights, and providing feedback to improve service offerings. The role also involves supporting training and placement initiatives by understanding client needs and aligning them with suitable talent solutions.
