Key Responsibilities
Develop space planning and 2D layouts for residential/commercial projects.
Convert client requirements and concepts into practical design solutions.
Conduct site visits for measurements and project assessments.
Prepare furniture layouts, electrical drawings, and soft furnishing selections.
Obtain client approval for layouts and item lists before proceeding with detailed drawings.
Coordinate with the Design Manager for design approvals.
Collaborate with the 3D Visualizer to create realistic project views.
Revise drawings based on client feedback when required.
Prepare project estimations and final production drawings.
Coordinate with the execution and project teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Requirements
2–5 years of experience in interior design.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
