We’re Hiring: Assistant Project Manager | Thiruvananthapuram
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in Civil Engineering and a passion for managing projects from start to finish? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Kannur and drive seamless execution across multiple sites.
Role: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 1- 2 Years
Key Responsibilities :
▪ Study work orders, drawings, dispatch schedules, and logistics plans
▪ Conduct site measurements and oversee furnishing layouts
▪ Mark electrical, plumbing, and gas points accurately
▪ Assign and brief installation teams effectively
▪ Coordinate with sub-contractors based on site requirements
▪ Verify materials received from the factory against work orders
▪ Track and update site progress to Zonal Managers
▪ Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
▪ Manage work schedules and ensure timely completion
▪ Conduct regular site inspections
▪ Handle part and final payment collections
▪ Ensure smooth project handover with client satisfaction reports & reviews
