Business Development Executive (BDE) is an entry level position in sales and marketing career with DLIFE Interiors. Initial assignment is into creating a productive network of referral partners within the given branch area. Task is to enroll potential referral partners (Silver Envoys) and maintain strong relationships with them and generate enquiries (leads) for home interiors. This role does not involve sales, but requires regular local travel within a 30 KM radius of the branch and meeting potential referral partners and enrolling them to the Silver Envoy Programme. Simultaneously, the BDE starts learning the sales process, acquires knowledge in the interior industry and develops the necessary skills to become an assistant or support client manager in the same or another branch. It is more of a sales promotional and supportive role, in the journey towards becoming a successful client manager.
Educational Qualification Required.
MBA/ BBA/ Bcom/ Btech-Civil - (Fresher / 1-2 Years of Sales Experience in any Industry)
Skills / Abilities Required:
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction, follow up and lead generation.
* Sales/ Interpersonal Skills: Ability to meet, convince and convert partners and potential customers for mutual benefit.
* Networking and relationship building: Success in this field depends upon the ability to build productive, long term relationships.
* Work Ethics: Self motivated, goal oriented and disciplined to work with minimum supervision.
* Reporting: Maintain and share the details about the new Silver Envoys and leads to the Silver Envoy Manager as well as the branch manager.
Training:
The first 10 working days will be dedicated to formal training and showroom visits.
From the 11th working day onwards, they will begin outdoor visits for Silver Envoy creation and lead generation.
Target:
The target for Silver Envoy enrolment -Enroll 3 Silver Envoys (Potential referral partners) a day.
Generate one potential lead per day.

The Marketing Officer will report on key marketing metrics, suggest improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer reach and satisfaction.
