Location- Navi Mumbai, Mumbai
Job Role:
Drive student enrollments and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
Lead, train, and manage a team of academic counselors
Oversee daily centre operations including batch scheduling, faculty coordination, and smooth centre functioning.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
Prior experience in the education / EdTech industry is mandatory.
Preferred candidates with experience in selling professional courses such as ACCA, CFA, CMA, CPA, CA, or similar finance/accounting programs.
Work Requirements
Saturday and Sunday mandatory working. Weekly off on a week day.
Six Days a week - 8.5 hours work shift (DAY SHIFT) - Timings will vary as per department and work requirement.
