Q TECHNOLOGIES IS HIRING – HR RECRUITER / TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE
Q Technologies is looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our Bangalore location.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals and social media.
Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
Candidate Screening
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, CTC, expected salary, notice period and interest.
Explain job responsibilities and company opportunities to candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers/hiring managers.
Coordinate multiple interview rounds.
Collect and maintain interview feedback.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Offer & Joining
Coordinate salary discussions and offer-related communication.
Prepare and coordinate offer letters with the concerned team.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Maintain recruitment closure and joining reports.
Recruitment Reporting
Maintain daily and monthly recruitment trackers.
Track sourcing, screening, interviews, selections, offers and joining status.
Prepare recruitment reports for management.
Monitor recruitment targets and turnaround time.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Naukri.
Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
Good negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or any relevant field.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with hands-on recruitment experience in:
IT Recruitment
Engineering Recruitment
Manufacturing Recruitment
Electronics / Hardware Recruitment
Technical Recruitment
will be preferred.
Candidates who can independently manage the recruitment process from job requirement → sourcing → screening → interview → selection → offer → joining are highly preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
