R&D Hardware Design Engineer

Q Technologies is hiring R&D Hardware Design Engineers for our Hardware & Semiconductor R&D team in Bangalore & Ahmedabad.
Important: This is a core Hardware/Electronics R&D role and not a Software/Web Development role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and development of motherboards and electronic hardware
• Component selection and hardware architecture
• Schematic design and PCB design/layout
• PCB prototyping and board bring-up
• BOM preparation and component validation
• Gerber file generation/review
• Hardware testing, debugging and troubleshooting
• Power Management and Power Circuit Design
• Signal Integrity (SI) / Power Integrity (PI)
• EMC / EMI testing and troubleshooting
• BIOS/UEFI and hardware integration
• Coordinate with testing, manufacturing and other engineering teams
• Support product validation, prototype development and production readiness

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).Experience: 3–10 years in Hardware R&D, Semiconductor or Electronics Product Development.Candidates with hands-on experience in motherboard, PCB or electronic product development are preferred.
Products: Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mini PCs, Monitors, All-in-One PCs, AI Glasses and other electronic products.
Locations: Silk board, bangalore.
