Associate Manager | Business Finance
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

About the Role;
We are looking for a Qualified CA to join our Business Finance team. The role will involve financial analysis, MIS reporting, business performance tracking, variance analysis, and supporting key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities;
Business Finance
Support business teams with financial analysis and decision-making.
Prepare MIS reports and business performance dashboards.
Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and key business metrics.
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business teams to understand financial requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather financial data and ensure timely reporting.
Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Present financial insights and reports to support business decision-making.
Financial Planning & Reporting
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Track financial and operational KPIs.
Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to finance policies and internal controls.
Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.
Requirements;
Qualified CA with 0–1 year of experience.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Statements, Costing, and Financial Analysis.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred;
Articleship experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Management Reporting will be an added advantage.
Candidates with relevant Core Finance experience will be preferred.
