VAMA focuses on combining technology with tradition to support users on their spiritual journeys in a seamless and accessible way.
Role Description The Script Writer will be responsible for developing engaging, clear, and compelling scripts for videos, virtual events, and other content on the VAMA App. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing storylines, writing and revising scripts, adapting content for different formats and platforms, and collaborating with video production, marketing, and product teams to align messaging with brand guidelines. The role involves researching religious and spiritual themes to ensure accuracy and respectful representation, while maintaining a modern and accessible tone for diverse audiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close coordination with creative and operational teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Scriptwriting, Scripting, and Writing.
Candidates should possess experience in creating Screenplays and narrative structures for visual content.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Video Production processes and collaboration with production teams.
Candidates should possess creativity and the ability to translate complex spiritual concepts into relatable, audience-friendly scripts.
Candidates should possess excellent command of written English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
Candidates should possess strong research skills and cultural sensitivity, especially regarding religious and spiritual topics.
Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
