### About RBP Finivis
RBP Finivis is building its presence in the financial and fintech ecosystem. We are looking for a highly motivated intern who will help us establish and continuously grow our company's presence across the internet.
This is an **execution-heavy digital PR and content distribution role**. Your responsibility will be to make sure that important RBP Finivis news, announcements, launches, articles and company updates are consistently published and distributed across relevant online platforms.
### What You Will Do
* Research and identify relevant websites, news platforms, business publications, startup platforms and industry communities where RBP Finivis content can be published.
* Publish and distribute RBP Finivis **news, announcements, articles and company updates** across appropriate platforms.
* Maintain and continuously expand a database of relevant publishing websites and media platforms.
* Prepare and adapt press releases, articles and announcements for different platforms.
* Manage RBP Finivis's online publishing calendar.
* Publish content on LinkedIn and other relevant professional/business platforms.
* Repurpose one company announcement into multiple formats suitable for different platforms.
* Research fintech, financial-services, business and technology publications for potential opportunities.
* Identify relevant journalists, publications and online communities for future outreach.
* Track where each article or announcement has been published.
* Maintain a detailed **content and publication tracker** using Google Sheets/Excel.
* Monitor RBP Finivis's online presence and identify new opportunities for visibility.
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve research, content creation and distribution workflows.
* Ensure published content is accurate, professional and consistent with RBP Finivis's brand and approved company information.
* Provide weekly reports covering publications completed, platforms discovered, outreach conducted and results achieved.
### What We Are Looking For
* Students or recent graduates in **Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Media or related fields**.
* Excellent written English and communication skills.
* Strong research skills.
* Good understanding of the internet and digital publishing.
* Interest in **PR, content marketing, SEO, fintech and business media**.
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and online publishing platforms.
* Basic Canva/graphic-design skills are an advantage.
* Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude is an advantage.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Able to work independently and consistently meet daily/weekly targets.
### The Most Important Requirement
We are looking for someone who **executes**.
You should enjoy researching websites, finding new publication opportunities, creating content, publishing it, following up, maintaining trackers and continuously finding new ways to increase RBP Finivis's online visibility.
This is **not a passive internship**. You will be expected to take ownership of the company's digital PR and content-distribution activity.
