Zoho Developer Intern

About us
RBP Finivis (Rural Banking Programme) is a fintech company working to make banking accessible across India. We provide AePS, micro-ATM, money transfer, BBPS, and FASTag services through our apps, APIs, and white-label platforms.
About the role
We run our operations on Zoho One. As our Zoho Developer Intern, you'll administer, integrate, and automate our Zoho apps across sales, finance, support, and operations. This role is for someone who has already worked with Zoho and wants to build real systems a growing fintech depends on.
What you'll do
• Administer Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, People, and more): users, roles, permissions, fields, and layouts
• Integrate apps so data flows between them (e.g. CRM deals → Books invoices → Desk tickets)
• Write Deluge scripts for custom functions, workflows, and automations
• Build custom apps in Zoho Creator
• Build reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics
• Clean, import, and migrate data across apps
• Document our setup and support the team with Zoho questions
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and at least one other Zoho app (Books, Desk, Creator, or Analytics) from an internship, job, or real project
• Working knowledge of Deluge scripting
• Experience setting up workflow rules, blueprints, or automations in Zoho
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
• Detail-oriented, logical, and a clear communicator
Nice to have
• Zoho certification (e.g. Zoho CRM Certified Administrator or Developer)
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks
• JavaScript or Python
• Interest in fintech or digital payments
