Company Description RBP FINIVIS Private Limited is an RBI-licensed Full-Fledged Money Changer that enables Indian banks to launch ready-made forex and remittance services through a white-label, API-driven platform. Banks plug into RBP FINIVIS to offer foreign currency exchange, multi-currency forex cards, outward and inward remittances, trade-finance lead pipelines, and related services under their own brand. The company manages compliance, documentation, rate feeds, settlement, and audit trails, allowing banks to focus on customer relationships and cross-selling opportunities within a 50:50 revenue-share model. Compliance is central to the organization, with all transactions structured under RBI and FEMA 1999 guidelines. RBP FINIVIS also serves individual customers through its retail brand Mego Forex and is part of the broader RBP group alongside Royal Banc Pacific B.V. in the Netherlands.
Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Public Relations Intern at RBP FINIVIS Private Limited. The intern will support the creation, editing, and distribution of press releases and other PR materials that communicate key company initiatives and partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with media outreach, tracking coverage, maintaining media contact lists, and supporting the preparation of briefing documents for interviews and events. The intern will help coordinate communications across digital channels, contribute to content for social and corporate platforms, and support strategic communication campaigns that strengthen the company’s brand and reputation. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant messaging.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Public Relations and Media Relations, with the ability to support outreach and maintain professional relationships.
Skilled in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, including drafting clear, concise, and accurate external communications.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and an ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Pursuing or having completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Interest in financial services, banking, or fintech, and willingness to learn about regulatory and compliance-focused environments.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of digital and social media platforms for corporate communication is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory communication practices.
