Backend Engineer — Java/Spring Boot

Skills we need
Strong Java/Spring Boot fundamentals — REST APIs, microservices, JPA/Hibernate
Ability to design complex systems
PostgreSQL and Redis working knowledge; Kafka and AWS/EKS a plus
Comfort with production systems: debugging, monitoring, performance
High Velocity AI-native development
Freshers with exceptional fundamentals welcome; production internship experience valued over pedigree
