About BIGME
BIGME is a functional wellness brand building transdermal patches and nutraceuticals for the Indian market. We operate across our own D2C store, marketplaces and quick commerce, and are building our growth engine in-house.
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who can take complete ownership of our paid growth engine and scale it efficiently.
This is a high-ownership, founder-adjacent role where you’ll work directly with the founders, manage meaningful budgets, shape creative strategy and directly influence revenue.
What you’ll do
* Own and scale Meta Ads across prospecting, retargeting and retention.
* Manage Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube.
* Build and scale advertising across Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.
* Own the full funnel from click to purchase, including CRO and landing-page optimisation.
* Plan and manage daily, weekly and monthly spends across platforms.
* Track and optimise CAC, ROAS and contribution margin.
* Work closely with the creative team to develop performance-led ad concepts, hooks and formats.
* Analyse creative performance and turn insights into new creative briefs.
* Reconcile platform data with actual store revenue and build meaningful performance reporting.
* Run structured tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages and offers.
* Manage and mentor one junior performance marketer.
What we’re looking for
* 2–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with D2C brands.
* Experience in health supplements, nutraceuticals, functional nutrition, wellness or an adjacent category.
* Proven experience scaling a Meta Ads account beyond ₹20 lakh/month while maintaining efficiency.
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Shopping and Performance Max.
* Experience with Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart is a strong advantage.
* Comfortable working with Shopify Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager and spreadsheets.
* Strong understanding of LTV, repeat purchase, churn and cohort behaviour.
* Strong analytical and creative judgement.
* Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
* A strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Nice to have
* Amazon Ads and marketplace advertising experience.
* Familiarity with Klaviyo, WhatsApp marketing platforms, GoKwik, BiteSpeed or similar retention tools.
