About BIGME
BIGME is a modern wellness and lifestyle brand building products for the new generation. We are looking for an Advanced Graphic Designer who can help shape BIGME’s visual identity across social media, campaigns, products and digital platforms.
This is a high-ownership creative role where you’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams, develop concepts and turn ideas into premium, high-performing visual content.
What you’ll do
* Create social media, campaign, product, advertising and brand creatives.
* Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with BIGME’s brand identity.
* Design premium product-focused visuals with strong visual storytelling.
* Create campaign identities, key visuals and adaptable design systems.
* Develop static and motion-based creatives for social media, paid advertising, websites and digital campaigns.
* Work across typography, composition, colour, imagery, layouts, retouching, masking and compositing.
* Collaborate with creative, content, marketing, influencer and production teams.
* Contribute to creative direction and bring fresh visual ideas to campaigns.
* Maintain consistency, quality and attention to detail across all brand touchpoints.
* Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Skills Required
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong knowledge of Figma, Canva and Adobe InDesign.
* Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion design.
* Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
* Strong understanding of branding and visual identity.
* Advanced image editing, retouching, masking and compositing skills.
* Ability to create premium, original designs rather than relying heavily on templates.
* Strong creative judgement and visual storytelling skills.
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years of hands-on professional graphic design experience.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced graphic design ability.
* Exceptional eye for aesthetics, composition and visual details.
* Strong understanding of branding and creative direction.
* Ability to translate a creative brief into a strong visual concept.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
* Strong creative judgement and willingness to experiment.
* Ability to understand feedback and improve designs accordingly.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Nice to have
* Experience with D2C, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, wellness or consumer brands.
* Experience creating premium or commercial-style brand creatives.
* Motion design or animation experience.
* Photography or art direction experience.
* Experience working with photographers, videographers, creators or production teams.
* Knowledge of AI-assisted creative and design tools.
* Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital design principles.
