Right Move is hiring for one of the insurance brokerage and risk management services company based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, for a senior leadership opportunity within their Global HR Shared Services (GHRSS) / Global Centre of Excellence (GCoE).

🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Global HR / HRBP leader who can build and scale Field HR / HRBP service delivery within a global shared services environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the strategic vision for Field HR / HRBP Delivery within GHRSS
• Lead HR service transitions, centralization, standardization and scaling across geographies
• Partner with senior HR and business leaders to identify opportunities to expand HR services and capabilities through GHRSS
• Drive HR transformation, operating model changes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build governance through SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, RACI, dashboards and service delivery frameworks
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning and workforce analytics
• Build and develop high-performing global HRBP / Field HR delivery teams
• Influence senior stakeholders and secure leadership buy-in for new services, capabilities and operating models
• Act as a key bridge between GHRSS and business-facing HR / HRBP teams globally
We are looking for professionals with:
🔹 15+ years of progressive HR experience
🔹 Strong experience in HRBP / Business HR / HR Generalist roles
🔹 Proven experience in Global HR Shared Services / GBS / GCoE environments
🔹 Strong exposure to HR transitions, transformation and TOM implementation
🔹 Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones
🔹 Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without authority
🔹 Experience in building/scaling HR service delivery capabilities
🔹 Strong understanding of talent management, workforce planning and succession planning
🔹 Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: MBA / Master's in HR or related discipline; SHRM / CIPD / HRCI or equivalent certification.
