Role Description The HR Manager at PACWIN is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This position is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The HR Manager will coordinate training and development initiatives, support workforce planning, and partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. The role also involves monitoring HR metrics, leading HR projects, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; HR certifications are an advantage.
