Political Campaign Associate

Role Description The Political Campaign Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Punjab.
The associate will support the planning and execution of political campaigns, including coordinating field activities, assisting with voter outreach, and managing campaign communication across various channels.
Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing campaign data, preparing briefings and reports, supporting event logistics, and maintaining project timelines.
The role involves close collaboration with campaign managers, volunteers, and external partners to ensure that campaign objectives are met on schedule.
The associate will also help implement messaging strategies, monitor campaign performance, and provide operational support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess Campaign Management and Campaigns experience to support planning, execution, and monitoring of political initiatives.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and volunteers.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and oversee multiple campaign activities.
Relevant additional qualifications include familiarity with political processes, comfort working on-site and in the field, proficiency with basic office and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), and the ability to work flexible hours during peak campaign periods.
A bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in political campaigns, advocacy, or community organizing.
