The Role
We are seeking a highly sophisticated, charismatic, and operationally sharp Store Manager to lead our flagship couture space in Jaipur. This role bridges high-end luxury retail operations with white-glove hospitality.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating our brand's philosophy of "quiet power" into an unmatched, personalized client journey. You will oversee daily boutique operations, manage high-value bridal consultations, lead a boutique team, and deliver seamless hospitality experiences tailored to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and royalty.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of experience from top-tier luxury couture houses (e.g., Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani, Anita Dongre) and premium 5-star hospitality settings.
Key Responsibilities1. High-Touch Clienteling & Hospitality Excellence
White-Glove Service: Curate an end-to-end luxury hospitality experience for couture and bridal clients, treating every appointment with 5-star, personalized care.
VIP & Bridal Consultations: Host high-profile clients, brides, and royal families, offering expert guidance on heritage drapes, bespoke customisations, and styling.
Relationship Management: Build long-term, high-trust relationships with UHNWIs, maintaining a strong client registry and executing personalized outreach.
Retail Operations & Boutique Management
Daily Operations: Oversee boutique presentation, visual merchandising (VM), security protocols, inventory management, and smooth boutique workflows.
Fit & Alteration Coordination: Act as the operational bridge between client fitting sessions, master tailors, and production teams to guarantee flawless final deliveries.
Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee sample tracking, high-value garment care, stock audits, and seamless coordination with the central production unit.
Team Leadership & Culture
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales advisors, hospitality staff, and store support teams to achieve sales targets while upholding boutique standards.
Service Training: Train staff regularly on luxury sales etiquette, brand storytelling, Rajputi heritage references, and hospitality standards.
Sales Performance & Business Growth
Target Achievement: Drive store revenue targets, manage boutique KPIs, and maximize conversion rates for bridal and bespoke orders.
Boutique Events: Partner with the marketing and creative teams to host private trunk shows, VIP previews, and curated in-store events.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 4–6+ years in luxury retail management or high-end hospitality. Direct experience with premier Indian couture brands (Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani, Anita Dongre, or similar) combined with 5-star hotel/concierge experience is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Luxury Brand Management, Hospitality Management, Fashion Management, or a related field.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian bridal couture, luxury textiles, embroideries (Zardozi, Gota Patti, Aari), and bespoke garment fitting processes.
Soft Skills & Presence: Exceptional poise, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Rajasthani is a plus).
Operational Skills: Proficient in retail POS systems, clienteling tools, luxury inventory software, and MS Office/Excel.
Attributes: Proactive problem solver, empathetic listener, detail-oriented, and thriving in high-stakes, ultra-luxury retail environments.
